Section 02

Resources & Mobilization

ARANAV can mobilize welding, fabrication, cutting, testing, lifting and site-support resources according to project requirements. The available categories support mechanical and structural execution, electrical and instrumentation work, and specialist site activities.

Resource Groups

  1. Welding & Fabrication

    Welding machines, Argon/TIG, MIG and submerged-arc welding sets; rectifiers and welding generators; electrode ovens, pipe stands and fabrication tools.

  2. Cutting, Forming & Preparation

    Gas and plasma cutting, grinding, drilling and punching equipment; pipe and plate bending, dish-end forming, surface-preparation and painting tools.

  3. Testing, Inspection & Specialist Tools

    Hydrotest setups, pumps, pressure gauges and accessories; liquid penetrant, magnetic particle and ultrasonic thickness resources; torque tools and PWHT equipment.

  4. Lifting, Erection & Material Handling

    Mobile and pick-and-carry cranes, slings and lifting accessories, powered winches, chain pulley blocks, material-handling equipment and erection tools.

  5. Power, Air & Site Utilities

    Generator sets, air compressors and water tankers.

  6. Electrical & Instrumentation Testing

    Electrical test equipment and instrumentation test equipment.

  7. Site Infrastructure & Transport

    Scaffolding systems, site office/store containers, trailers and material transport vehicles, including trucks, pickups and tractor-and-trolley transport.
